Barbara Buckley Student Assitance Fund
The Barbara Buckley Student Assistance Fund was established to help a Spelman student who needs financial assistance with fees. These fees can include passport fees, laundry fees, and other incidental items in which there is a need. Please fill out the following form and include a brief essay about why you are requesting funds. A member from the Scholarship Committee will be in touch.
"As Spelman College transitions from in-person to remote learning environment, the College's leadership has remained focused on the health and well-being of the campus community and our friends. From assisting with moving off campus to assessing resources needed for online learning, Spelman is making arrangements to provide emergency assistance and support to ensure the well-being of students, working in conjunction with their respective deans and/or senior leadership of Spelman.
Because Spelman is founded upon and embraces sisterhood, it is in this spirit that we are asking for your support for our students who may be experiencing financial hardships with unexpected travel home.
